About Aviara

Better training begins with better context.

Aviara is building an AI-native pilot training platform for the moments between sessions: when evidence needs to become understanding, and understanding needs to become a smarter next challenge.

Aviara is for the people responsible for helping pilots make sound decisions under changing conditions—flight schools, instructors, training leaders, and pilots themselves.
The problem we care about

Training creates evidence. Too often, it loses the thread.

A simulator session may reveal a useful signal. A real flight may add another. An instructor may see the connection. But when that context lives in separate tools, files, or memories, the next session can start from a blank page.

We believe pilot training deserves a continuous record that is specific enough to inform practice and humble enough to leave the final judgment with the people in the room.

Our product principles

Technology should make the training conversation more precise.

01

Evidence before assertion

A useful recommendation should be traceable to meaningful training evidence, not presented as unexplained certainty.

02

Instructors stay in command

The platform can surface a pattern and propose a scenario. The instructor owns the teaching decision.

03

Progress is contextual

A score alone does not explain readiness. Conditions, workload, repetition, and change over time all matter.

How we approach the work

Built alongside real training workflows.

01

Start with a training decision

We focus on the decisions instructors and programs need to make—not on collecting data for its own sake.

02

Respect operational nuance

Training is not generic. Aviara is designed to account for the conditions, roles, and standards that shape each program.

03

Keep the loop visible

When a scenario changes, the reason should be understandable. When progress is observed, it should remain connected to the work behind it.

Help shape a clearer standard for pilot training.
