Privacy Policy
Effective September 17, 2026. This policy explains how Aviara handles information collected through flyaviara.org.
Scope
This policy applies to the public website at flyaviara.org. Product-specific data handling, if Aviara is deployed for a training program, may be governed by separate written agreements and documentation.
Information you provide
If you enter information in the Book a Demo form, the current static version validates it in your browser and displays a confirmation. It does not submit the information to a server. If the form is later connected to an inquiry service, this policy should be updated to describe that service and the information it processes.
Technical information
Like most websites, a web host or content-delivery service may process standard technical information required to deliver a page, such as request time, browser type, and IP address. Aviara does not intentionally use this static website to build advertising profiles or sell personal information.
Cookies and third parties
This version of the site does not set first-party analytics or advertising cookies. It references Google Fonts to provide typefaces; that service may receive standard connection information when your browser requests font files. Your browser settings can control external resource loading.
Retention and security
Information processed through the public website should be kept only as long as needed for the stated purpose. Reasonable safeguards should be used when systems that receive inquiries or product data are introduced. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You can avoid entering information into the demonstration form. For a privacy question or request concerning information Aviara may hold, contact Aviara through the Booking page and include enough detail to identify the request.
Changes to this policy
Aviara may update this policy as its website and services evolve. The effective date above will change when a revised policy is published.
